This series of images were taken on a night trip to London. I choose to take them in London due to the fact that I had been inspired by Luxemburg's style and whilst these images are not a pastiche of her work I feel that it is obvious in several areas that my work was inspired by hers. Examples of this include the fact that the images are all in London which is where she has taken her city photos and all feature the use of lights which is something that Luxemburg always employs in her photography. If I wished to create a true pastiche to her work then I could attempt to create a series of long exposure images to light my images from natural sources in the same way that she does.
